Vitage Skincare

Recently I was given the chance to try this skincare brand. The brand is new to me and not one that I had come across before so naturally I was excited to try.

Vitage was founded in 1998 by Dr Patrick Bowler founder of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine. This skincare range was formulated to be one of the first, most gentle anti oxidant skincare brands on the professional market.

The brand has since expanded and carries a variety of products to give all skin types a professional experience at an affordable price right in the comfort of your own bathrooms.

Their product family covers Skincare Essentials, Tanning, Vitamin C, SPF, Age Defence and  Skin Repair. Each product group is colour coded, I think this is a brilliant idea as you can easily identify your routine.

I was kindly gifted three items to try and these are my thoughts:-

Revitalizing Daily Cleanser - From the "Skincare Essentials" Family a gentle cleanser unisex and suitable for all skin types. This is a soapy cleanser that lathers up when circulated onto damp skin. The lather lifts dirt and impurities including excess oil and makeup. this cleanser the benefit of anti-oxidising ingredients such as tea extract and Vitamins, it also has anti ageing properties as well as being gentle enough to calm and sooth irritated skin.

I found the product to be very soapy. This would be great for men especially when shaving as it would act as a shaving foam as well as being gentle an soothing. The product deeply cleansed my skin without drying and left it looking bright and feeling soft. With the size being 200ml this would last you ages too.

RRP £24.00

Micro Skin Polish - Also from the "Skincare Essentials" Family, this was my favourite product out of the three. This gentle exfoliate which buffs away impurities and dead skin cells with Micronised Pearls and diamonds felt amazing and an be used twice a week as part of your skincare rituals. I found this exfoliate so pleasant to use and the most luxurious of the the three products. Its creamy formula felt so gentle and the exfoliating particles were not too rough or harsh, which I enjoyed as rough exfoliates can leave the skin feeling sore. Key ingredients include Glycerin for added moisture and Beeswax which is high in vitamin A (aka retinol) it has anti-ageing properties and gives the skin protection from skin aggressors.

The micro polish left my skin feeling smooth, bright and plump.

RRP £27.00

Advanced Moisture Boost - From the "Repair" Family this moisturiser is designed to deeply nourish and hydrate. Suitable for all skin types both AM and PM. My results from this product were immediate, my skin instantly appeared plump, brighter and hydrated. Once the product was fully absorbed it left my skin with a healthy sheen.  I also adored its sweet almond like scent.

This moisturiser is packed with amazing ingredients such as :-

Marula Oil - To protect the skins barrier, works particularly well on acne prone and oily skin.

Calendula Extract - An anti-inflammatory which helps the skin heal from skin conditions such as eczema.

Green Tea Extract - Anti oxidising, Anti ageing, clears clogged pores and balances oily skin types.

I did really enjoyed using this cream as part of my am routine.

RRP £39.00
