Makeup Recommendations - Bronzers

It’s bronzing season and if we can’t get that gorgeous glow cos the English weather is raining on our tanning parade then we got to "fake it till we make it" huns.

I have had a lot of queries over my recommended bronzers so I have dug out some of my faves to give you some inspiration.

Chanel Soliel Tan De Chanel – This is a bougie beauty lovers paradise. Exquisite packaging (we would expect nothing else of a Chanel product) and a gorgeous cream to powder finish formula. Now unfortunately they have recently changed the formula and colour slightly to make it even more versatile. I am recommending off the back of the original which has now been discontinued. However, what’s remained the same is the value for a high-end product (it lasts ages), its multi use purpose and its ability to bronze the skin!

RRP £42.00 - Available HERE *affiliated - also available at Chanel, John Lewis, Selfridges and Debenhams

Nars Laguna Matte – This is a brand-new version of the original Laguna released in this summer’s ‘Bronzing Collection’. The new matte formula comes in 4 shades making it more versatile to skin tones. The formula is so buttery, I just absolutely love it! It is also the most perfect shade for my medium skin tone. I especially love the matte finish on my oily skin over a light sheer base.

RRP £31.00 - Available HERE *affiliated - also available at SpaceNK, Cult Beauty, Nars & John Lewis

Hourglass Ambient Bronzer (Nude Bronze Light) – I Actually use this as an allover face powder. In the summer it matches my skin tone and, in the winter, it brings colour. It’s a holy grail product of mine and one I reach for regularly. This bronzer is available in 4 colours. The reason I especially love this one as it gives a beautiful soft-focus finish. The pigment is buildable and the product is marbled with a bronzer and illuminator.

RRP £49.00 - Available at Cult Beauty, Net-A-Porter, Space NK, John Lewis and Hourglass

Marc Jacobs O!Mega Bronze (Tan Tastic) – I totally suckered out to the fact that it has white packaging and smells like coconuts two weaknesses of mine. However, it is a very good bronzer with a huge pan. This will last you ages. The colour is not too dark and gives a matte finish.

RRP £49.00 - Available at Harvey Nichols & Net-A-Porter

New CID Cosmetics I-Bronze – An affordable option out of my picks. An award-winning bronzer. This has the most gorgeous pan, a swirl of pink, bronze and beige to give a gorgeous natural deep colour which is buildable, with no tangerine finishing pigments and a slight shimmer finish which catches ghe light beautifully. I absolutely fell in love with this at first sight. Not only is this a fantastic bronzer it also doubles up as an eyeshadow too. *gifted product

RRP £27.50 - Available at New Cid Cosmetics and Feelunique

English Minerals Bronze (Real Bronze) – Another reasonably priced product. If you like a shimmer bronze this is the one, it’s so illuminating and pretty. Perfect for the face and body its mineral formula gives the makeup look with skincare benefits. Mineral makeup is kinder for the skin with anti-aging properties. I just love the golden colour this gives.

RRP £25.00 avaialble at English Minerals

I hope this gives some bronzing inspo.

Kisses
