Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Eye Crème Review
Eye creams are one of those products that can promise a lot.
Brighter eyes, fewer lines, less puffiness and a lifted look all sound lovely, but I try to keep my expectations realistic.
An eye cream can help the area feel more comfortable and make dryness lines look softer. I do not expect it to lift my eyes or completely remove dark circles and deeper lines.
I used Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Eye Crème morning and evening for four weeks to see how the rich texture felt and whether my under eyes looked smoother and more rested.
This is my honest review.
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Eye Crème is a rich luxury eye cream that made my under eye area feel softer and more comfortable during my four week test.
After using it consistently, dryness lines looked less obvious and the area appeared a little more rested.
I did not see a true lifting effect, and it did not remove deeper lines or completely change the appearance of my under eyes.
This is best viewed as a nourishing luxury eye cream rather than a dramatic eye treatment.

Why I tried it
My under eyes were looking tired and slightly dry when I started using this cream.
Fine lines always look more obvious when the area is dehydrated, so I wanted something richer than a lightweight eye gel.
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv sits firmly in the luxury skincare category, and at this price I wanted more than a beautiful pot.
I wanted comfort, a smoother looking finish and an eye cream I would genuinely enjoy using twice a day.
What is Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Eye Crème?
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Eye Crème is a rich eye moisturiser designed for the delicate skin around the eyes.
It is positioned as a luxury product for dryness, fine lines, dullness and a more rested looking eye area.
I would treat it mainly as a nourishing and smoothing eye cream.
The texture helps the skin feel moisturised, which can make fine dryness lines look softer. That is different from physically lifting the eye area or permanently changing deeper lines.
Texture and first impressions
The texture feels rich, smooth and luxurious.
You only need a very small amount for both eyes. Using too much around the eye area can easily feel heavy, so I kept the application light.
I gently tapped it around the orbital area rather than applying it too close to the lash line.
It left the skin feeling soft and moisturised without needing a thick layer.
This is not a weightless gel cream. It feels like a proper luxury eye moisturiser, which will appeal more to dry under eyes than anyone who prefers very light textures.

How I used it for four weeks
I used Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Eye Crème morning and evening for four weeks.
My routine was simple:
Cleanse
Apply facial serum
Tap a small amount of eye cream around the eye area
Follow with moisturiser
Use SPF in the morning
I used my ring finger and avoided rubbing or pulling at the skin.
The main thing I learned was that less is better. A small amount was enough to make the area feel comfortable.
My four week test
Week 1
During the first week, the clearest result was comfort.
The skin around my eyes felt softer, and the area did not look as dry.
My under eyes also appeared a little more rested, although I would not describe the change as dramatic.
Week 2
By the second week, fine dryness lines looked slightly softer.
The lines had not disappeared, but they did not catch the light as much when the skin was properly moisturised.
This is where I began to appreciate the cream as a rich daily moisturiser rather than expecting an instant transformation.
Week 3
By week three, the area continued to feel comfortable and looked smoother overall.
I did not notice a major change in deeper lines, and I would not say the cream physically lifted my eye area.
The result was more subtle: softer looking skin and a less tired appearance.
Week 4
At the end of four weeks, my under eyes looked better moisturised and fine dryness lines appeared less obvious.
The improvement was mainly around smoothness and comfort.
It did not completely remove puffiness, dark circles or lines, but it helped the eye area look more polished and cared for.
Did it help fine lines?
It helped fine dryness lines look softer on my skin.
That is likely because the area was better moisturised and looked smoother.
It did not remove deeper lines, and I would not expect an eye cream to do that.
If your lines are more noticeable when your skin is dry, a rich eye cream like this may help them look less obvious.
Did it help puffiness?
My eyes looked a little more rested during the test, but I would not describe this as a treatment for persistent puffiness.
Puffiness can be affected by sleep, allergies, fluid retention and other factors that an eye cream may not change.
The cream made the skin feel comfortable, but it did not dramatically reduce the shape of my under eye area.
Did it help dark circles?
I did not see my dark circles disappear.
The area looked more moisturised and slightly fresher, which can make the eyes appear less tired overall.
But I would not buy this expecting it to completely correct genetic or persistent dark circles.
Does it lift the eye area?
It did not physically lift my eye area.
The smoother, better moisturised finish made the skin look more polished, but that is not the same as a lifting result.
I would be cautious of any eye cream being described as a replacement for professional treatments.
Who is Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Eye Crème best for?
I think you will like this if your under eyes feel dry and you enjoy rich luxury skincare.
It makes the most sense for:
Dry under eyes
Fine lines made more obvious by dehydration
Mature skin that enjoys richer creams
A tired looking eye area
Anyone wanting a luxurious morning and evening routine
People who only need a very small amount of product
Who might not love it?
You may not love this if you prefer lightweight eye gels.
It may also feel too rich if your eye area is prone to congestion or small white bumps.
If your eyes are sensitive or react easily to fragranced or rich beauty products, patch testing is sensible.
And if you are expecting dramatic lifting, dark circle correction or permanent line reduction, the results may feel too subtle for the price.
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Eye Crème vs La Mer Eye Concentrate
Both products sit in the luxury eye care category, but they have slightly different appeal.
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv feels rich, smooth and focused on giving the eye area a moisturised, polished finish.
La Mer Eye Concentrate also feels luxurious and nourishing, with a similarly high price point.
I would choose between them based on texture preference, availability and which formula your eye area tolerates best.
Neither should be treated as a replacement for professional treatments or expected to remove deeper lines.
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv vs Kate Somerville Lifting Eye Cream
Kate Somerville Lifting Eye Cream feels more focused on a smoother looking daytime finish.
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv feels richer and more indulgent, particularly for an evening routine.
I would choose Kate Somerville if I wanted a lighter daily eye cream.
I would choose Estée Lauder if my eye area felt dry and I wanted a richer luxury texture.
Is Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Eye Crème worth it?
This depends on your budget and what you expect from an eye cream.
It is expensive, and there are more affordable products that can moisturise the eye area.
What you are paying for here is the rich texture, luxury experience and polished finish.
I enjoyed using it, and my under eyes felt softer and looked better moisturised after four weeks.
Before ordering, I would check the Lookfantastic luxury eye care offers because Estée Lauder prices and offers can change.

What is the best Estée Lauder discount code right now?
My current Lookfantastic code is LFTFNICOLAL, which gives 20% off eligible products when accepted at checkout.
Is Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Eye Crème worth it?
It is worth considering if you love rich luxury eye creams and your under eyes feel dry. It is less suitable if you want dramatic treatment level results.
Does Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Eye Crème help fine lines?
It helped fine dryness lines look softer on my skin because the area looked more moisturised. It did not remove deeper lines.
Does it reduce dark circles?
It did not remove my dark circles. The area looked a little fresher and more rested, but the change was subtle.
Does it help puffy eyes?
My eye area looked more rested, but I did not see a dramatic reduction in persistent puffiness.
Can you use it morning and night?
Yes. I used it morning and evening, using a very small amount each time.
Is it suitable for sensitive eyes?
My eye area tolerated it, but sensitive eyes can react differently. Patch test first and avoid applying it too close to the lash line.
Can rich eye creams cause milia?
Rich products may not suit everyone, particularly people prone to small bumps around the eyes. Use a very small amount and stop if the area becomes congested.
Is it better for morning or evening?
It can be used both ways, but the rich texture may feel especially suited to an evening routine.
How does it compare with La Mer Eye Concentrate?
Both are luxury, rich eye care products. I would choose based on texture, budget and how your eye area responds to each formula.
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Eye Crème is a beautifully rich eye cream for dry under eyes and anyone who enjoys a luxury skincare routine.
After four weeks, my eye area felt softer, looked better moisturised and fine dryness lines appeared less obvious.
It did not lift my eyes, erase deeper lines or completely remove puffiness and dark circles.
The results were subtle, but the texture and comfort were lovely.
Final rating: 4.5/5
