There are luxury creams, and then there are creams that feel like they are making a whole event out of moisturising.
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream is very much the second type.
I tested it for four weeks, mostly at night, because my skin had been looking dry, tired and a bit flat. I wanted to know whether it was actually worth the luxury price, or whether it was just another expensive cream in a beautiful jar.
This is my honest review of the texture, how it sat on my skin, what changed after four weeks, who I think it suits and whether I would buy it again.
Quick verdict
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream is a rich, indulgent moisturiser that made my skin feel softer, more comfortable and better hydrated during my four week test.
It did not sculpt my face or erase wrinkles. I would not describe it that way. But it did make dry looking fine lines appear softer, and my skin looked more rested when I used it consistently.
This is not a basic moisturiser. It is a luxury treat for skin that likes richness, comfort and a polished finish.

Why I tried it
My skin was not angry or irritated when I started using this.
It was just dry, tired and not looking as smooth as usual. My makeup was sitting slightly unevenly, and fine lines around my cheeks and forehead looked more obvious because my skin felt dehydrated.
I wanted something richer than my usual moisturiser. Something that would make my skin feel properly cushioned rather than just lightly hydrated.
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream looked like exactly that kind of product.
What is Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream?
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream is a luxury moisturiser designed for skin that needs comfort, nourishment and a more supple looking finish.
It is the richer version of the Diamond Extreme cream texture, so I would not treat it like a lightweight daily lotion. This is more of a plush moisturiser for dry skin, mature skin or anyone whose skin feels like it needs more support.
For me, it worked best as a night cream, although it can be used in the morning if your skin is dry enough and you use a small amount.
Texture and first impressions
The texture is rich straight away.
It feels creamy, cushiony and expensive on the skin. It does not disappear instantly like a gel cream. It takes a little time to settle, which is part of why I preferred using it at night.
A small amount was enough for my face and neck. If I used too much, it felt heavier than I wanted. With the right amount, it left my skin soft, comfortable and slightly dewy.
The finish is not greasy, but it is definitely not matte.
If you like your skin to look completely shine free after moisturiser, this may not be your texture. If you like a soft, nourished glow, it is beautiful.
How I used it for four weeks
I used Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream most evenings for four weeks.
My routine was simple:
Cleanser
Hydrating serum
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream
Some mornings, if my skin felt very dry, I used a tiny amount under SPF. But most of the time, I kept it as my evening moisturiser.
I avoided layering it with lots of other rich products because the cream is already substantial. It does not need much help.
My four week test
Week 1
The first week was mainly about comfort.
My skin felt softer after the first few uses, and the tightness I sometimes get after cleansing was less noticeable.
By the end of the week, my skin looked less dry around my cheeks and forehead. Fine lines were still there, obviously, but they looked less sharp because my skin had more moisture.
Week 2
By the second week, I started to understand the appeal.
My skin looked more rested in the morning after using it the night before. It had that slightly cushioned finish that makes your face look less tired, even before makeup.
I also noticed that I did not need as much foundation on days after using it. My skin just looked a bit more even and comfortable.
Week 3
This was when I became more selective with how I used it.
On nights when my skin felt normal, I used a smaller amount. On dry nights, I applied a little more and really let it settle.
Used this way, it worked beautifully.
It did not clog my skin during the test, but I can see how very oily skin might find it too rich if used every day.
Week 4
By the end of the fourth week, my skin looked softer and more hydrated overall.
I would not say it lifted or sculpted my face. That would be too dramatic. But it did make my skin look smoother, more comfortable and less flat.
For me, the biggest result was how my skin felt in the morning. It felt calm, cushioned and looked like it had recovered overnight.
How it worked under SPF and makeup
This cream can work under SPF and makeup, but only if you use a tiny amount.
When I used too much, my base felt a little too rich. Not greasy exactly, but more than I personally like under daytime makeup.
With a small amount and a few minutes to settle, it worked well under SPF. Makeup applied smoothly, especially when my skin was dry.
Still, I preferred it at night. That is where it made the most sense for my routine.
Does it actually firm or sculpt skin?
I would not describe my results that way.
My skin looked plumper and smoother because it was better hydrated. Dryness lines looked softer, and my face looked more rested after consistent use.
But I did not see a dramatic lift or sculpted effect.
I think it is better to see this as a luxury moisturiser that helps skin look more supple and comfortable, rather than a firming treatment that changes your face shape.
Who is Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream best for?
I think you will like this if your skin is dry, tired or starting to look a little flat from lack of moisture.
It is especially nice if you enjoy rich creams and want something that feels indulgent in your evening routine.
I would look at it if your concerns are:
Dryness
Tightness after cleansing
Fine lines caused by dehydration
Dull or tired looking skin
Mature skin that enjoys richer textures
A soft, nourished finish
Who might not love it?
You may not love this if your skin is very oily or you hate rich creams.
It is also not the product I would recommend first if you are on a tight budget. This is luxury skincare, and there are less expensive moisturisers that can hydrate well.
If you want a lightweight gel cream, this is not that.
And if you are expecting lifting, sculpting or dramatic wrinkle reduction, I would manage expectations. It made my skin look smoother and more comfortable, but it did not act like a treatment.
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Cream vs La Mer
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream and La Mer Crème de la Mer both sit in that rich luxury cream category, but they feel different.
La Mer feels more classic, dense and balm like to me. It has that traditional rich cream feel and works well when skin wants comfort.
Natura Bissé feels more cushiony and slightly more polished on my skin. It still feels rich, but the finish is a bit more elegant and less heavy.
My simple take:
Choose La Mer if you want a classic, very rich cream.
Choose Natura Bissé if you want a plush night cream with a smoother, more refined finish.
Both are expensive, so I would choose based on texture preference.
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Cream vs Dr. Levy Booster Cream
Dr. Levy Booster Cream feels a little more suited to daytime on my skin. It has a polished finish and sits more easily under SPF and makeup.
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream feels richer and more indulgent. I preferred it at night, especially when my skin felt dry or tired.
If you want a luxury cream for makeup days, Dr. Levy may be easier.
If you want a richer evening cream, Natura Bissé is the one I would choose.
Is Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Cream worth it?
This depends entirely on your budget and how much you enjoy luxury skincare.
At full price, it is a serious treat. I would not pretend otherwise.
But the texture is beautiful, the jar should last well because you only need a small amount, and my skin did look more comfortable and hydrated after four weeks.
With a discount code, it becomes much easier to justify.
Before ordering, I would check the Lookfantastic skincare savings because luxury skincare savings can change.

FAQs
What is the best Natura Bissé discount code right now?
My current Lookfantastic code is LFTFNICOLAL, which gives 20% off eligible products when accepted at checkout.
Is Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Cream worth it?
For me, yes, if you love rich luxury creams and want something that makes dry skin feel more comfortable and cushioned. If you only need basic hydration, there are cheaper options.
Is it good for dry skin?
Yes, I think dry skin is where this cream makes the most sense. It feels rich, comforting and nourishing.
Is it too rich for oily skin?
It may be. Very oily skin will probably find it too rich for daily use, especially in the morning.
Can you use it under makeup?
Yes, but use a tiny amount and give it time to settle. I personally preferred it at night.
Can you use it morning and night?
You can, but I mostly used it at night. If using it in the morning, I would apply a light layer.
Does it actually firm skin?
On my skin, it made my face look smoother and more hydrated, but I would not say it physically firmed or sculpted my skin.
How does it compare to La Mer?
La Mer feels more classic and balm like. Natura Bissé feels cushiony, rich and slightly more polished on my skin.
How long does the jar last?
Because the texture is rich and you only need a small amount, I would expect the jar to last a good while. Exact timing depends on how often you use it.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
My skin tolerated it well, but I would still patch test first if your skin is sensitive or reactive.
Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Rich Texture Cream is a beautiful luxury moisturiser for dry, tired looking skin.
It did not lift my face or sculpt my skin, and I would not describe it that way. What it did do was make my skin feel softer, look smoother and appear more comfortable after four weeks of consistent use.
It is rich, indulgent and best suited to skin that actually wants that kind of texture.
I would not call it essential, but I would call it gorgeous.
